I spent a week at this upscale hotel, found it comfortable and loved its convenient location near the airport, harbor, and plenty of bars, restaurants.

We could easily walk to most attractions and the local market. the room was not as big or sunny as some of the other reviews suggest. the bathroom was just average and we expected more from a 5-star hotel. the service was friendly, but not outstanding, and the breakfast options were limited.

What a way to start the year! The facilities were excellent, spotless, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for watching the city light up during New Year's Eve. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a unique soaker tub with a shower that was really enjoyable. Maria was incredibly helpful with recommendations and making reservations for us. We chose to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant, and the food was delicious. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and sights nearby to explore. A minibar was included which was a nice touch.

There really wasn't anything to dislike about our stay, although the rooftop jacuzzi could have been cleaner. We understand that it may not have been a priority since it was winter and not in use as much, but it would have been nice to have the option to use it during our stay.
